When you make a purchase from Rivelta.one, you are making that purchase from Soldat Pte Ltd., the company that manufactures Rivelta watches and other items.

Provider of Shipping Services

DHL Express is the international shipping service that we use to deliver packages to the country of destination.

Singpost will be used to deliver your orders directly to your doorstep if you are a customer in Singapore. In the event that you want expedited delivery, we also offer the option of hiring Grab for service.

Time Needed for Processing

After verification, we try to ship your item within 24 to 48 business hours.

Following the submission of an order, available stocks will be sent within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Singapore Standard Time. Any orders that are made over the weekend will not be processed until the following week.

There is a possibility that shipments may be disrupted or delayed due to holidays or other situations. We retain the right to cancel the order in the event that it was placed in a region that is not serviced by our carriers.

Tracking

A confirmation of order email will be sent to customers prior to the shipment of their orders. Another email with the tracking number will be given to the customer as soon as the item has been sent. This will enable the customer to check the progress of the shipment. The courier will notify the customers right away if there are any customs delays.

Timing of Shipment

The amount of time it takes to reach the destination may range anywhere from four to fourteen working days, although this obviously depends on the manner of shipping used and the location of the destination. During times of celebration and holidays, there is a possibility that orders may be delayed. Since there is a chance that customs procedures in your country could cause delays, we are unable to guarantee delivery times.

Availability Issues With Shipping

We reserve the right to reject orders originating from locations that the carrier was unable to access, areas of war, and sanctioned zones, as well as those that are to be delivered to the Army Post Office. We recommend that you have your item delivered to one of your friends or relatives who resides outside of the aforementioned locations.

In the event that you believe that your region is able to receive shipments from our firm but is not on the list, please do not be reluctant to get in touch with us.

Taxes and duties

Because our watches are sent duty-unpaid (DDU), it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any taxes or other fees that may be imposed as a result of the purchase.

The customer is entirely responsible for the payment of any customs import, export, brokerage fees, or local taxes that may be charged as a consequence of overseas delivery. This includes any costs imposed by the country to which the item is being sent. These fees are beyond our capacity to govern, and the range in which they are charged varies greatly from country to country.

Lost Parcel

If the package did not appear on your doorstep after it had been delivered, it is quite probable that it was stolen; thus, we would want a police complaint to be filed as soon as possible to demonstrate that a crime had occurred. We cannot be held liable for packages that are stolen and subsequently lost.

In the unfortunate event that the shipping company misplaces the watch while delivering it, we will send you a replacement watch or, if the item is no longer available, a gift card with a similar value.
