Refund policy

When you make a purchase from Rivelta.one, you are making that purchase from Soldat Pte Ltd., the company that manufactures Rivelta watches and other items. When purchasing a watch you hereby agree to our Return and Refund Policy. 

Policy on Returns

Within seven days of the delivery date, you are welcome to return any Rivelta watch bought online from rivelta.one as long as it has not been used and is in good condition, for a full refund or an exchange for another product. Customers are just responsible for covering the cost difference when purchasing more valuable goods.

The amount paid for shipping and handling will not be refunded. The client is responsible for paying for any and all return shipping costs as well as any PayPal transaction fees.

However, returning your purchased watch during the 7-days period is not free. You will be charged of $60 USD. The charge is to cover the shipping and handling of goods and also to cover the VAT of the returned goods.

Product Condition

The watch (or watches) in question must not exhibit any evidence of usage, including that they have been worn, changed, or strapped on in any manner. Additionally, they must not have been used in any way. When making a request to return or exchange an item, you may be asked to provide evidence that the watch is still in good condition.

Requests for returns and/or exchanges made by customers for things that have been worn and used (even if used only once) will be denied, and the watch will be sent back to the customer’s address if the item is returned within seven days of the original purchase date.

All original packaging and any additional accessories (tools, extra straps, etc.) that were included with the purchase must be included with the returned item(s).

Returned products must be exclusively those that have been purchased from Soldat Pte Ltd. Products that were acquired from other retailers and stockists are required to be returned in line with the return and refund procedures of those specific retailers and stockists.

When you make a purchase from Rivelta.one, you implicitly agree to the conditions that have been outlined above.
